Sam Santa Rita spent years in the military before transitioning to the private sector, where he eventually became COO of Rick Hinderer Knives, one of the most recognized brands in the custom and production knife market. During his time there, he helped scale the company through its strongest growth years: sharpening positioning, building brand identity, and driving growth that compounded year over year.
Along the way, other brand owners started reaching out. They had seen what was possible and wanted help doing the same thing for their own companies. What started as sharing strategies and offering advice turned into something bigger.
